Before replacing a battery that you think is bad; try running the laptop without the
battery installed. The laptop should operate. If it doesn't try gently
wiggling the input jack. If this causes the laptop to power up, the jack has probably
broken away from the laptop motherboard. You should immediately power down the laptop and
do not use it again until the jack has been repaired by a qualified repair center. We can
replace the jack for you and have done hundreds.
If the laptop jack seems ok, you may have a bad a/c adpater power supply.

differences. There can be more than one battery available for a laptop as different
manufacturers offer higher capacity batteries that last longer per charge cycle.
Check the battery ratings for the type of battery you have. You should find a rating
that looks like this: 11.1V--- 3600mAh. You can order batteries with higher mAh
ratings that will last longer before requiring recharge.
When shopping for a battery, make sure the prices are for equivalent batteries. We

prevent the chance of fire and damage to your laptop. Some manufacturers save money
by not installing the safety circuits.
Prior to using a new battery make sure that you completely charge it. It is best to charge
